Are you ready to share your expertise with a diverse and engaged audience? We invite you to become part of this premier event by submitting your educational session proposal for the HR + Safety Congress.
 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking dynamic speakers who can offer valuable insights and practical knowledge in workplace safety, emergency preparedness, and risk management. Select for examples.

Educational Sessions

One-hour lectures or panel discussions designed to provide attendees with valuable insights and practical knowledge.

Flash Talks

Approximately five-minute Speech

Live Demonstrations

These 60-minute sessions offer dynamic, hands-on demonstrations of tools, equipment, or techniques. Live demonstrations will captivate the audience and provide a thorough understanding of the subject matter.

Workshops

Workshops are designed to foster active learning and provide a deeper dive into specific topics allowing participants to engage in activities, discussions, and practical exercises. Workshops will equip attendees with tools and techniques they can immediately apply.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Your proposal will be evaluated on the criteria listed below.

 

Complete Submission

Ensure all parts of your proposal are filled out accurately.

 

Timeliness

Submit your proposal as soon as possible to be considered.

 

Audience Appropriateness

Tailor your content to the learning levels of our attendees – basic, intermediate, advanced or all-levels.

 

Content Focus

Provide practical and innovative learning opportunities.

 

Real-world Application

Offer insights that attendees can apply in their professional lives.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

SESSION POLICIES

Proposals must be educational and free from commercial content.

Sales presentations WILL NOT be accepted.

Limit proposals to five speakers including a moderator.

It is unlikely that we can provide honorariums for speakers.

Speakers are responsible for their own accommodations and travel expenses unless otherwise negotiated.

All sessions will be delivered in person at the City of San Marcos Conference Center.
